You may avoid the delay, if you make the port 1935 free to the outside.

3) In case of your PCs are of less than Pentium III800MH z:
Your PCs do not satisfy our recommended specifications.
You are requested to provide the PCs with recommended specifications.

Are the microphone and Earphone (of Headset) connected to your PC properly?
Or, is your setting of PC and microphone properly done? 　Aren’t they set as “ mute” or “too small volume” ?
Did you click a small window of "permit" just when you start a web-meeting ?

Is a microphone of your counterpart connected properly?
Or, is the setting of PC and microphone of your counterpart properly done?
May be, aren’t they set as “ mute” or “too small volume”?
Isn’t the volume of the PC “OFF” ?

Please recheck the “ Property of sound and audio device" on the Control Panel of
your PC and confirm the sound-volume.
Wasn’t it “ mute” or “Too small” ?

Does not your counterpart use a loud speaker?
If so, microphone of a counterpart picks up your voice.
If your counterpart uses a headset, echo problem will be solved.
If it should be unavoidable for your counterpart to use such loud speaker,
It is necessary to use the microphone with echo-canceller.

Please recommend the use of a headset to your counterpart.
There may be some problem with a computer of your counterpart.
