What kind of PC is it applicable?

1）OS　
　　Windows 98 SE/Me/2000/XP　（2000/XP is recommendable）

　　More than Pentium III 800 MHz (more than Pentium4 1GHz is recommendable)

What kind of camera can be used? And, where is it obtainable?

Basically any camera which is recognized by your PC can be used.
The camera having 300,000 pixels with CCD is recommendable.
You can purchase it at a PC counter of any electric appliance shop.

How to use ( install) camera ?

1 Insert the CD which is attached to the camera in your PC to install a camera.
2 Connect the camera to an USB port of PC.
3 When you log-in the Web-conference, you will be asked whether you permit Of using the camera or not. Then, please choose　”permit”.

We recommend : More than outbound 384kbps as an outbound , and more than 128kbps as an uphill.

If the line speed should be lower than the recommended speed, what kind of problems would occur?

Quality of a picture will become remarkably bad, or it may take
long time for Log-in( and, also long time-delay of sound(voice) would be happened.

Which provider should be employed?

Any provider is acceptable , If it provides the recommended environment for connecting to Internet.

Can the person in abroad participate?

If the internet environment is better than the recommended ones, anybody in anywhere in the world can use and enjoy it without problem.

how many people can participate at the same time?

5 (five) people including interpreter(s) can participate in a meeting .

What kind of protocol and port are used?

Protocol is RTMP, which is the original one of Macromedia.
Both 1935 and 443 are used as (TCP) ports.

Can we use it in the network environment which is protected with a firewall!?

Yes,　you can use it.
However, please make the port free to the outside.
In case of　the connection through proxy , a delay of a movie and a sound (voice) would be happened.

What is a codec of Movie and sound respectively?

Encode and decode of a video is done by a function of Flash.
Codec is “Sorenson Spark codec” of Sorenson Media.

What is the Security system of this service? ? ?

Movie and sound are communicated by the non-published original protocol 0f Macromedia, and
A chat or File Sharing are communicated through SSL.

What is a reason of a delay of sound?

1) In case of ISDN or dial up:
Recommended line speed can not be maintained.

2) In case of the connection through proxy:
As a characteristic of a proxy server, the possibility of delay is considerably high.
You may avoid the delay, if you make the port 1935 free to the outside.

3) In case of your PCs are of less than Pentium III800MH z:
Your PCs do not satisfy our recommended specifications.
You are requested to provide the PCs with recommended specifications.

Sound (voice) does not reach your partner on web. Why?

Are the microphone and Earphone (of Headset) connected to your PC properly?
Or, is your setting of PC and microphone properly done? 　Aren’t they set as “ mute” or “too small volume” ?
Did you click a small window of "permit" just when you start a web-meeting ?

I can not hear he voice of my counterpart . Why?

Is a microphone of your counterpart connected properly?
Or, is the setting of PC and microphone of your counterpart properly done?
